Tropical Storm Emilia developed Saturday evening and has continued to slowly gain strength today. Emilia is located roughly 650 miles south of the Baja tip and is on a west-northwest heading (285, true) at 13 knots.
Emilia is not a threat to land, though it is taking a path similar to Daniel's.
